#AskTheExpert My Bleeding had stopped after c section, I had my c section 43 days back, and my bleeding went on for 35 days, again my bleeding has begun as soon as I started my regular walk and massage.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. It happens in some women so nothing to worry but if the flow is heavy then avoid strenuous work abd rahe good rest and talk to your gynaecologist abd rahe your calcium and iron supplements abd eat well

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Increased bleeding can be a sign of postpartum complications or excessive physical activity. Call your doctor if you experience heavier bleeding or clotting, bleeding from your incision site, or other concerning symptoms following your C-section.
