#asktheexpert my baby is now 1year complete. she is crying after 10p.m with in a hours.. she is rolling on the bed And cradle.. after she wake up in the morning she is good. afternoon nap also Very good

Consult your pediatrician.
Place your baby on your shoulders and gently tap at the back.
If this comforts your baby (their little tummy is on us) and if baby could sleep on your shoulders, then sure it's bec of colic pain, as this problem starts only at night and gradually subsides in the morning.

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Offer different varieties of food
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potatoes mashed banana porridge etc
