ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom could be an issue with the tummy , food intolerance as such . So you need to avoid force feeding the child . Give him as much he is able to take it . Keep him hydrated. That is very much. Important. If still things don’t get better get him examined and medication would be required
