#asktheexpert my baby is going to complete 2 years old now. how can i increase her immunity level through homemade food?

A. Dear mum, to increase your child’s immunity level, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. You can give eggs. Give dry fruits like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts, dates, raisins, prunes. Give milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid intake of processed and packaged foods.
