#asktheexpert My baby is coughing and she has cold so I am massaging her with real mustard oil. Is this is good.

Hello ma’am The real mustard oil is the best want to go far and you are just using the best for your child so don’t worry about that just add a little bit of carom seeds and garlic into it and bring it to a boiling point and then just cool it down and then massage with warm oil that is going to be much better
