Q.
#asktheexpert My baby is 8 months old. He got viral fever few days back. he had recovered from that but since then he got cold. What should I do to relax him with his cold? I m very confused about using AC and bathing him.I use like warm water to bathe him but he is not recovering from cold. kindly suggest some remedies as he is having prob in sleeping.

you can do sponging with lukewarm water.
give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily.
use saline nasal drops six hrly.
give indirect steam inhalation twice a day.
apply noble cold ointment over baby clothing and bedding
