#AskTheExpert my baby is 5.5 month old..should I start giving him little bit of water? considering tremendous heat outside.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no need, Breast milk has got lot of water ( 80 to 90% of water) which satisfies babys thirst. Baby should be breast feed exclusively till 6 months of age. feed more often.

U I waited long enough then just wait for your child to complete the age of six months after that you can go ahead will give in complementary feeding and food to the child also water can be introduced them but as of now I think you just need to wait it it might
