A. Hair loss in babies is very common and because of many reasons. Because of the withdrawal maternal hormone initial hairfall is there. After birth all the hair of the baby remain in the restineg phase and usually by 8 to 12 weeks of age shedding of hairs is there . Hairs will grow back mostly by 3-7 months but a proper quality hair will be there by around 2 years of adge. Cradle cap is also a cause for frequent shedding of hairs. along with traction alopecia because of continuous pressure on head in lying position

A. Hello dear parent, babies born with less hair is ko problem at all AL. And after that also if baby's hair are falling that is also absolutely normal. This happens because of baby being always in laying down position and head tends to rub which leads to hair fall. Good luck and take
