#AskTheExpert my baby is 17 months old. she is not eating anything from outside and depend on me. what to do? Please help.....

A. Hi, since your baby has completed 1.5 years you can gradually start decreasing breastfeeding. Include semisolid food which is best for the baby. As soon as the baby wakes up try to give some solid food or a fresh fruit juice. And skip that time breastfeeding. Like this gradually you can stop the breastfeeding. Which is best for baby and yourself. Give buttermilk every day which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving the appetite.
