A. hi parent ur kid 10 m old and is suffering with fever give oral paracetamol along with tepid sponging with wet cloth, make sure temp falls below 100 degree fahrenheit, if child is dull despite normal temperature consult ur doctor for examination and appropriate management, hydrate the child with plenty of oral fluids like ORS coconut water buttermilk etc
