My baby is suffering from fever from two days. I’m giving paracetamol if fever is > 100 degrees. His legs and hands are cool but body is too hot. I have given syrup omnix 100 one time. Is this fine what i’m doing?

A. if the baby is suffering from fever so you can give Paracetamol to the baby and it is better to consult your doctor to get the baby examine to rule out the cause of fever
