#AskTheExpert My baby is 10 months old now...I had an c- section. I didnt my periods till now...is this normal??

A. yes it is absolutely normal you can wait for your periods to resume till one year after delivery till then no medication is needed just maintaining a Healthy lifestyle with mild exercise for daily walking
