#asktheexpert My baby is 1 year 2 months I was facing hairfall few months back, it's stops in 2-3 months but I am facing hairfall again, is this related to post pregnancy effect?

Some women can have hair for post pregnancy and it’s very common but I’m going to recommend you to have a balanced diet Iron supplement and omega-3 try to include five pieces of armour and walnut each five pieces every day into your diet diet should be maintained then you can skip on omega three supplement but two take iron supplement make an onion coconut oil which is what you can use for yourself
