#asktheexpert my baby is 1 month old and I want to shift to complete breastfeeding, currently my baby is combination fed and I feel my supply isn’t sufficient for him. Please advice

Hello mom try to give prefernce to your feed & you may massage your breast and also apply some warm compress as wellalso prefer to have healthy and nutritous food & drink preferably before baby feed time as that would ensure good quality milk & help in weight gain
