kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.
as few teeth have erupted you should start brushing your kid's teeth twice daily.

Yup That is absolutely okay other teeth will come with passing time your child has got 14 before the right time so that’s good enough for the baby and that it will come as the age will grow that it will also start coming but as of now it’s absolutely normal
