yes it's totally normal.
kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.
keep checking for the signs of teething and wait for some more time

yes it is ok
it is normal till age of 15 months
but sometimes delay can be caused by calcium deficiency ,you must give calcium rich diet to your child.
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is best source of vitamin D.
