#AskTheExpert My baby has VSD and as per doc advice I need a perfect meal plan for her she is 4 months old. I am working so need to join before she will be 6 months. can I start her with some items like daal water etc once she completes 5 months.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening if the mother is not available you can introduce formula for the child it will not cause any trouble and after one month you can start giving semi solid food to the baby which includes dal ka pani rice water coconut water
