#AskTheExpert my baby could not breathe properly while sleeping because of cold . now it is more than a week but still she is having cold with runny nose. medicine advised by doc : Noblock and cytrizine

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 26 months old and she is having a severe cold and nasal congestion so she doesn’t sleep well so give her syrup sinarest 3 ml three times a day and saline nasal drops twice a day

You Also use nasal drops as of now because that is what is going to be helpful in opening the nose blockage of the child and it would be easier for your child to breathe also you can keep a pillow under the head of your child because that way with the elevated head position it would be easier for your child to breathe as well
