A. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone . A good care along with maintainancevf of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

A. Hello mom Hair fall is because of hormonal changes in body after delivery in such case you should add more iron and multivitamin supplements in your regular diet plan. Rather than this you should also start doing a massage with coconut oil and also apply aloe vera one hour before bath it will help in reducing hair fall
