#AskTheExpert My baby boy is 3 months old and he is having cold for the last 15 days. My doc had prescribed Oxipod... but having that medicine he is having loose motion and cold is not decreasing. please suggest.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he is having a cold so give him 9 drops of maxtra three times a day and indirect steam inhalation and syrup Rinifol zn 5 ml before feeding twice a day

Ankita MehtaMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl5 years agoA. hi please do the following things: please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection and as it contains probiotics it will also help to maintain good bacteria in intestine. as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene.
