#asktheexpert my 5 year old has adenoids and is suffering from nasal issues like snoring. And if she gets cold it stays for atleast 20days. Get cold or fever frequently one in every month. Currently I am using momeflo nasal spray. Is it fine if we continue with spray for few months or shall we go with surgery

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection ggor seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
