POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. When investigating recurrent fever, the most likely etiology to consider is infection. Especially in children under the age of six years, the most common cause of multiple febrile episodes is the occurrence of repeated upper respiratory tract infections (e.g., pharyngitis, otitis media).
