A. Hello dear parent! Give required amounts of calcium as per the age to overcome growing pains. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Loss of appetite indicates vitamin deficiency in your child. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care.
