ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 4 months old now to relieve cold give steam inhalation warm massage to chest and apply vicks baby vaporub on chest and give maxtra drops 0.5 ml twice a day for 5 days

give steam once in a day. Exclusively breastfeed which is best for the baby. Start with a medicine dosage. as your baby is to small it is good to avoid home remedies. Wear warm clothes and keep your baby warm.Write Your Answer Here
