#asktheexpert my 3months old 32weeker premature baby girl is diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism. Do I need to avoid anything in my diet as she is exclusively breastfed?

A. It has got no connection with your diet actually so it’s not going to affect your child with your diet but yet if you have a doubt in your mind you can check with the doctor but as soon as I know your diet is not going to make any difference to the child
