Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. if your child is corona positive you have to give only symptomatic medicines that is medicines are given according to the complaints of the childs and it will be given by your treating doctor after examination.
you have to take follow up with your doctor after three days and try to give at least 70% of the regular diet
usually antibioticss are not required(decisions will be taken by dr) and the child becomes fever free by fourth day or fifth day maximum
