they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which thef body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and pdrevent such temperature variations.
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. oijbCold and cough in small babies because of viral infections due to less immunity in the baby treat them sympatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will subside in one week time

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, we'll baby is really small I would suggest you to either post your query again for any expert to tell ypu about the medicine and the quantity.
Or ypu can give steam to your baby for few minutes and several times in a day. Also pit naso clear drops in each nostril and one drop each. Good luck and take care
