Ma’am regular food that you are giving apart from that I would just recommend you to avoid giving junk and sugary foods and lastly is going to recommend you to start with a multivitamin and milk you gave like twice in a day with a child add some 2 teaspoons of dry fruit powder with a pinch of turmeric and black pepper that would be very good
ShilpaMom of 3 children7 months agoA. Make Besan & oats chilla or appae to add in her diet ,this is helpful in cold -cough and boost immunity as it’s nutritious .
You can also add sabudana kheer or khichadi,that is also very nutritious similarly porridge in both milky form or salty with vegetables (you can blend vegetables in case she takes out)
Kids favourite pasta but nutritious one that is ragi pasta or fox-nuts pasta available.
Don’t forget fruits especially apple ,orange ,tomato,kiwi,berries.
Also feed her cucumber and keep her hydrated with different fruits shakes /homemade juices or smoothies.
You can give tulsi leaves n ajwain(pinch) steam for relief from cold.
