if you have any more doubt you can get examination done once by the doctor available nearby and get further guidance regarding this.

Hello good morning if the poo consistency is watery or foamy or smelly then check for baby's intake that should be the problem and treat it accordingly And change baby's food or other food intake. Also ensure to give digestion medicines asking your doctor. Otherwise if consistency is fine no issues
