#AskTheExpert my 11.5 months old daughter doesn't eat solid much... what to do? she could take my feed only in mornings and evenings because of my work

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, if your child is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, weight is within the normal range for baby's age, then do not worry.
give 4 small meals in a day and up to three fourth katori every time. babies have small stomach and need to be fed frequently. give finger foods which baby can explore and eat by self.
