there can be many reasons like teething , upset stomach , heaty summer , irregular motions.
instead of heavy porridge or foods give seasonal fruits like mangoes, melons etc.
give mashed curd rice .
do not force feed
give small meals instead of large meals.

Try giving easily digestible homemade foods like vegetable soups or khichadi or curd rice. Be patient and persistent in your efforts to feed your child. Good luck and take care.
