#asktheexpert my 16 months old baby is not eating any solids .. I want to know how can i make him eat solids... whenever he eats any solid he just throws up..

Hello mom remember that From the age of 1 they need to be given only usual family foods now though the texture of food depends on their teeth development. Also be a little firm and gradually reduce your milk intake . Best would be if you could plan his diet routine
