A. Hi, since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home. Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving the appetite. Always give lukewarm water to drink after feeding anything. Include banana in every day morning snack. Give five solid feed in a day with a gap of four hours between each solid feed with smaller quantity and gradually you can increase the quantity divided into breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, evening snacks, dinner. Avoid outside food, wheat, Maida product for a couple of days. Talking will happen until 2.5 years. If your baby is not at all started even talking single words then please consult a speech therapist and follow his directions. Communicate more with the baby.
