Let them feed themselves.Do not hover over them when they are eating – let them be!Ensure there is enough colour, flavour, and variety on the plate.Use distraction to keep them engaged: a window, book, or toy can do the trick.Challenge with a ‘grown-up’ activity by the end of the meal to get in extra bites.Make them choose their meals: apples or pears, khichadi or oats?Get them involved in the cooking!
