If your mode of delivery C-section then it takes 5-6 months to recover from delivery.
Whenever you strain back and stiches pains.
Have balanced diet with calcium, iron rich foods take rest in between house hold chores avoid heavy weight lifting, strain works, exercises until 6-8 months post delivery.
