burp baby after every feed
keep in upright position for sometime after feeding
baby shd only exclusively breastfeed till 6 mth complete

My maybe either you are overfeeding the child or the milk that you are giving to the child is not digestible and that is why your child is facing too much of vomiting issues vomiting is normal in this but if it is specifically with powder milk this can be a case
