#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko My baby boy is 2 months old. His birth weight is 3.12kg. His weight on 2 month 5 days is 4.2 Kg. he is on breastfeeding only. he suffered from jaundice and severe cough cold during 1st month. is he underweight? shall I start giving him top milk?

Breastfeeding is the best source of natural immunity and antibodies to a newborn baby never give formula milk as it is not required at all exclusive breastfeeding is a must for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues and overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .
