#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko Hello doctor. My 10 month old baby has been passing very tight stool. I have tried to give her soaked dry grape water, jeera water and also Woodwards to aid in clearing constipation if she might be having. can you please suggest what I could do.

Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give fibre rich food papaya pear banana carrot whole grains milk products
Give adequate water and healthy food
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Stay hydrated to increase milk supply
