A. kindly drink plenty of water as well as drink at least five hundred ml milk everyday and take all the supplements given by your doctor and you can add shatavari Ayurvedic supplements to the milk which will also help in increasing the milk formation

A. hi yes you can take leptadine tablets or shatavary granules with warm milk for it. along with that, offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil. take healthy and well balanced diet keep your body well hydrated stay stress free.
