Yes it takes time for periods post delivery depending on body type,harmonal factors,mode of delivery around 3-8 months... But in your case its been 11 months,so consult your gynaecologist go for haemoglobin tests have iron rich foods ,balanced diet.. Discuss about contraceptive methods if you want to take gap for second kid ..
