#AskTheExpert mam.. my daughter will be 7 months old in a week.. along with solids, I'm also breastfeeding her.. due to the weather conditions, I caught cold.. is it ok if I take vasarishtam? I used to take vasarishtam for cold and cough before pregnancy.. I'm not sure now if I can take it while breastfeeding my baby..

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Yes u can take ayurvedic medicine. There is no problem in that. it does not have side effects. Also take steam inhalation two three times a day and apply vicks vaporub on the chest and throat to get relief from cough and cold
