Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. yes .Covid vaccine can be safely taken by lactating and pregnant women as per the latest guide lines by the government of India . There is no any side effects . For kids it is not clear till now when the vaccine will be available and given as it is under trial .

Recent reports have shown that breastfeeding people who have received COVID-19 mRNA vaccines have antibodies in their breastmilk, which could help protect their babies. More data are needed to determine what protection these antibodies may provide to the baby
