#AskTheExpert Madam, I am 4 months pregnant. my weight - 70.15 kg. before my pregnancy weight was 65.67. how many weight will increase in rest of the months?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. A minimum of 10 to 15 kgs is considered ideal very good and healthy if it is more than that then that is on the higher side but if you gain up daily totality of 10 to 15 KG by the time you delivered a child and that is decent enough
