#AskTheExpert Maam what should we have for a healthy baby. right now I am in my third trimester. and my baby weighs 1.3 kg.

A. Hello mam, you may take a healthy and balanced diet ..keep your self well hydrated as that is very much essential and also have foods of various food groups such as ample amounts of seasonal fruit and vegetables, grains such as cereals and dals , millets , dry fruits and nuts , milk and products, limit or avoid caffeine and high spicy and oily food , have small meals rather than heavy meals as the days go by your organs tends constrict and that may cause acidity issues
