#AskTheExpert Maam, Now I am 13 weeks post delivery but still I look pregnant๐๐. Please suggest. Also can i go for covid Vaccination now?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. yes you can take the covid vaccination it is safe for lactating mothers to get vaccinated.. dear it will take time to get the post pregnancy weight reduce.. and the tummy area.. start with exercise as around 4-6months of delivery as you are comfortable to reduce belly fat..
