#AskTheExpert ma'am mera c section 3 months pehle hua h. main kab se exercise start kr skti hu? ye mera second c-section h. first c section January 2019 mein hua tha.

A. if you want to do any moderate exercises you have to wait at least 5 to 6 months for the surgical wound to heal properly and have some tensile strength also

A. Hello dear parent, aap c section ke 3 months ke baad se exercising start kar Sakte Hai. But bilkul light exercises hi kijiye. Harsh exercises 7 to 8 months ke baad hi kijiye. Good luck and take care.
