#AskTheExpert ma'am i m sanghita from Guwahati i hv given birth a baby girl on 8th feb after birth my periods till going around 2months on 4th April it was stop but from today morning again it was started,.So kindly advice me tat it was a monthly periods or some else.

Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. If you have any concerns then consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
