#asktheexperts Blood Period flow is very less..I gave birth to baby on January 1,2022..and got periods on 25 feb..but very less

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. It’s okay as it is due to breast feeding so nothing to worry about it and take your calcium and iron supplement regularly for 3 months after delivery abd eat a healthy nutritious diet and drink plenty of water

That’s Completely fine for first six months the period cycle it is little abnormal sometimes a bleeding is very less and sometimes it is really high so don’t worry about it within six months of period cycle would be regulated still if you face any problem then you can consult your gynaecologist once
