Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. first of all take all the supplements which has been given by your doctor that is multivitamin iron folic acid b12 and vitamin d and calcium and after that tried to take some amount of food made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and you can go for any recipe and flavour and also drink plenty of water and Juice extracted from seasonal fruits and you can also add dry fruits and ghee to increase the calorie value and your if you are taking non veg diet you can also take eggs and other non veg food and all these things will help in good weight gain
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice.
