ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. don't give gripe water , ur baby is 2 month old feed in every 2 hourly.. Post feeding burping is important . To help expel gas from baby's tummy.

no need of it
usually it is given to cure Stomach problems.
but instead of giving Anything extra ,I would suggest to take necessary precautions and care for this ,like :
feed your child on demand.
burp your baby well right after each feeding.
give Massage to your child regularly
give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
move your child legs in cycling motions.
